The Jets, who reportedly planned to sign Thomas after Week One, have not yet done so. If the Jets remain interested, they may have competition. Per a league source, Thomas had a workout with the Dolphins on Tuesday. He was cut by the Patriots earlier this year, three seasons after signing a big-money free-agent deal.
