Kizer is going to start the third preseason game for the Browns and has the inside track at starting for them week 1. He's look fairly solid with a few rookie hiccups, but miles better in his rookie season first preseason than Hack has looked in his 2nd. Obviously, it doesn't mean much until we see how it all unfolds but it just speaks to the poor talent recognition of Macc and his staff.

That sooooooooooo did not happen.  We got our mediocre DB in round 1!
