Can Woody be Kraft?

Kraft bought the Pats in 1993. Since then the Pats have made the playoffs 12 times, appeared in 6 AFC Championship Games, and 4 Super Bowls.

Kraft built a new Stadium and Woody did the same. Woody made the right move in hiring Rex.

You may all hate Kraft but he is all about the NFL. Not sure about Woody but he has done well letting Tanny and Rex build the Jets.

I think Woody is a much better owner than many of us give him credit for. He had to learn what type of owner he wanted to be, but he has certainly made great strides and seems to be growing into it.

Frankly Kraft hasn't done anything substantial other than hire a coach, who hired an assistant, who hired a scout somewhere that put Tom Brady on their board as a potential 6th round pick.

I'm pretty sure Kraft cares more about the fans than Woody does. I don't like Kraft much and I generally like Woody, but between our sh*tbox of a stadium, PSL's, parking fees, problems for tailgaters and fireplaces in the press boxes its clear that Woody doesn't care about the gameday experience of the average fan.

To both his credit and Kraft's credit, however, they both are in the top 5 or so in the league when it comes to making a commitment towards a winning product.

Kraft cared about the fans many years ago he (used to drive around the parking lot in a golf cart, etc) Either way I really think Woody knows that he should step back and let the football people run his football team.

It sucks that a lot of Jets fans have been priced out of the new Stadium but isn't winning cool?

Hasn't Woody played beer pong with fans in the parking lot?

Kraft gave hope to the whole state of Connecticut that they will get their first professional sports team playing out of Hartford and then crushed those dreams into a million pieces!

I think Woody Johnson looks like a complete arsehole. Sunglasses, white baseball cap, roaming the sideline like he knows what he's looking at. The nerd with family name and fortune FINALLY makes his jock sniffin' dreams come true. Robert Kraft looks like one of the Lolipop Kids from the Wizard of Oz. They both give the impression that they care, but let's be real. Caring + PSL's = LIE Caring + highest tix price and $40 parking = LIE.

Connecticut can be summed up this way: 50% is a NY Suburb, the other 50% is a Boston suburb. As an actual state, CT is a joke with two pretty good Casino's..

What does that have to do with kraft first agreeing to move their, striking a deal and then flip flopping on it.

Nothing.

BTW, don't for one minute believe that Kraft was actually going to move the team there. That was a power play, a shake down, whatever you want to call it. No way he was going to move the team to Hartford. Shoot, Foxboro is remote enough really.

Maybe he did not. But he did go through the whole charade, led CT right up to the altar and then dumped them off.

Yes, he went through the charade.

Further proof that owners don't really give a rats arse about you or I or any other regular Joe the Fan.
