The Guy on the right is Vito Lucassi. He runs a body shop in Brooklyn. In his spare time her rebuilds old cars, talks smack about the Pats and eats Meatball subs from Subway. The guy on the left is Vinny Bastousis, he did work on Wall street till 2008 but lost his job. He now is a blogger but makes zero money at it. They are 4th cousins but secretly love each other and are afraid to come out because in their tough Brooklyn neighborhood they would be ostracized. The animated GIF catches them right before they kiss. They want the GIF erased but it has become viral.

You can find them at the corner, sitting on some milk crates, drinking some Miller Lites planning what jersey they will wear tonight at the Draft.

Not quite. This is from one of them's (the receding hairline) Wikipedia page.

Gary Vaynerchuk has been featured in The Wall Street Journal,[17]GQ, and Time,[18] appeared on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and Ellen.[19] Vaynerchuk has been described as "the first wine guru of the YouTube era",[5][20] "the wine world's new superstar",[21] and by Rob Newsom, a Washington State wine maker, "outside of Robert Parker, probably the most influential wine critic in the United States".[22] In the July 2009 Decanter

publication of "The Power List" ranking of the wine industry's

individuals of influence, Vaynerchuk placed at number 40, citing that he

"represents the power of blogging".[23][24]

In August 2010 it was announced that Vaynerchuk will host a weekly, two hour call-in radio show titled Wine & Web with Gary Vaynerchuk on the digital radio station Sirius XM.[25

cool, I wanted to make sure...I am looking forward to the draft..hopefully, the fans will be happy...not like when we picked KYLE BRADY....

The NFL network did a show the other night on the 10 most memorable  moments of the NFL draft ever,  Things like the the Vikes missing their  1st round selection two years in a row.

#2 was the reaction of Jets fans to EVERY first round pick the Jets have made.

It was highlighted by the reaction to the Kyle Brady selection, leaving Warren Sapp  still on the board.

Classic

Hind sight is 20/20 and yeah we should have maybe gone Sapp but the value was there. How often do you actually see a decent blocking TE taken out of the top 10?

At least we haven't had annual WTF??? picks since then, even if they ended up sucking (like Gholston & Sanchez).  Except 2005, when we traded down for Nugent, comes to mind.

Wonder if a lot of it is because of the wealth of info on the internet, where you get to read the rankings of LOTS of people other than your own scouts, and where it is (allegedly) appropriate to select certain players.  Some - like Brady and Lageman - weren't bad picks per se, but rather where he was drafted and who was passed up on in order to draft him.  No one mentions that 2 picks after Lageman, NE took Hart Lee Dykes. How could the Jets take Lageman over him??? Those fools!!!

Plus it's the reactions.  The place is loaded with Jets fans.  It was, is, and will be.  So it's not the same to put together a clip of awful picks by other teams.

Check out this embarrassing list of 16 first rounders over a 19 year span by our cross-town "betters":

1985 #19 George Adams (KR/FB in round 1. lol)

1986 #19 Eric Dorsey (next pick was Wolford)

1987 #28 Mark Ingram (ok I guess, but for a 1st rounder? Meh. Next pick was Odomes)

1988 #10 Eric Moore (a guard!!! Next pick was Michael Irvin.)

1989 #18 Brian Williams (a center, taken a year after taking a guard #10.  Next 2 picks were Wayne Martin & Steve Atwater)

1991 #27 Jarrod Bunch (another FB.  Brett Favre taken a few picks later; instead used 1st round supp pick on Dave Brown 1 in '92)

1992 #14 Derek Brown (1 pick ahead of Johnny Mitchell who is in that clip, meanwhile JM was at least a semi-stud before he sucked)

1993 (used in 1992 supplemental draft) Dave Brown.  lol

1994 #24 Thomas Lewis (lol)

1995 #17 Tyrone Wheatley (250 rushing yards per year for the Gmen)

1996 #5 Cedric Jones (lol;  Better than Gholston, but still lol)

1997 #7 Ike Hilliard (decent receiver.  But #7 overall? We took Farrior with the next pick)

1998 #24 Shaun Williams (next 2 picks were Darius and Faneca)

1999 #19 Luke Pettigout (projected to go 20 picks later)

2000 #11 Ron Dayne (next 2 picks Abraham & Ellis; next RB taken was #19 Shaun Alexander.  Oof.)

2003 #25 William Joseph (lol)

I know they've got a mess of rings (plus another SB loss), but that video is is about the first round of the draft and that alone.  Where's their "We Are Dumbasses" video?
