They have the defense and dynamic offensive mind in Reid to score the points necessary. Reid manages Smith very well. Eventually Smith's going to have to throw the ball. I think back to that Niners-Giants playoff game where Smith couldn't string two decent plays together. If he completed one 20-yard pass against a bad secondary, they'd have won easy. What scares me though, is were all loving the Jets defense right now and our front 7....there are several teams who have equal or better. KC being one. SMC Posted September 20, 2013 Share Posted September 20, 2013 Oh, I agree on Smith, especially since he only gave me 13 points in FF when I started him over slumping Russell Wilson because, you know, Smith was only facing the worst pass defense in NFL. To me, its all about Reid. We can like JimHB, but Reid is the better offensive mind. Look how good QBs have looked with him and how bad they looked when they went elsewhere.
