The players will spend the week working out in front of NFL scouts and personnel from around the league, which can help boost their draft stock with an impressive performance. One of the players who will be participating in Mobile, Vanderbilt wide receiver Jordan Matthews, is taking some impressive measures to make sure that he is fully prepared for the game and so that he is able to put his best foot forward. According to Senior Bowl Executive Director Phil Savage, Matthews requested game film on all of the cornerbacks who will be in Mobile so that he can study their game and pinpoint their weaknesses. Savage wrote: It is an impressive measure from Matthews and one that will certainly grab the attention of NFL scouts as they get a glimpse of the preparation that Matthews puts into each week. With his dedication to improving his craft and the professionalism that Matthews is already showing, he could be shaping up to be one of the biggest stars in Mobile for Senior Bowl week.
