LionelRichie
the majority of this board agrees that herm reached his potential with this team last season and that the 1st/2nd rd of the playoffs is herm's ceiling with the jets. with all of the talk about herm to kc what do you think his record would be there? they have a pretty loaded offense, with an aging OL and QB. the defense is improved but still somewhat suspect. they came off 10-6, what do you think herm does next year is he is HC of KC? Fred Jetstone
With Herm at the helm, the Chiefs will go the way of the Scouts.
RSJ
I would say 9-7 or 10-6. The Chiefs WR's are terrible. The O-line, TE and QB are aging and even their defense is old in spots. It is not a very wel constructed team and further proof that Carl Peterson is just the moron we need to take Herm off our hands.
The Troll
Herm's Chiefs would do exactly what his Jets have done. He inherited a playoff-ready team and got them there several times before running the franchise into the ground.
Bergen Jet
I don't see Herm going to KC, and unless we have a shot at a better option at HC I don't want to see him go. I don't want to make a change for the sole purpose of making a change. If he ends up in KC the Sermonator will make a deep playoff run. His act won't be old. These motivational coaches tend to do well when they first take over a program. After a couple of seasons you actually have to do more than just motivate...
