Also a very stupid thing for Peterson to say He was about to take a urinalysis. They had him dead to rights anyways and judges aren't too fond of lying. So he gets released on bond where he was informed he can't do anything illegal including smoke pot. No doubt his lawyer tells him he will be tested by urinalysis when he returns to court. So he smokes pot anyway and then tells them before the urinalysis that he smoked because he doesn't want the judge to get mad at him for lying. Oy.
