JetNation
Braylon Edwards appeared on SNY GEICO SportsNite and expressed a less than flattering opinion of Rex Ryan. Braylon said this about Rex, “He wants things to work his way so he can get the credit for it.” Braylon also says that Rex needs to simplify the game plan and go with a cover 2 defense, in order to protect the lack of defensive back talent. Braylon sounds off on Geno Smith as well, specifically how the Jets should handle the young QB. Here is the full segment with Braylon and you can also read more about this in our forums –> . stevegrunder
I thought Braylon did a great job. I thought he was fair, honest and objective. I was actually surprised to hear him like that. I think of him as a knucklehead.
detjetsfan69
The defense sucks, Decker is always hurt and when he does play he drops easy catches. Geno has sucked but his suckitude has been exaggerated he's not the only player to blame and the FO and roster aren't doing him any favors. Arsis
I liked what he had to say. I don't agree with the decker stuff but it's a minor point.
NYJetsVets91
He's only 31... We should bring him back into the fold, he could contribute a lot more than most of the guys on our WR core.
HessStation
That moment in time when the Jets actually had a healthy Edwards, Holmes, Cotchery and a great Defense!!!!! **** you Mark Sanchez.
bitonti
It's not all Geno's fault? No it's not ALL his fault. But he's the only one individual who can turn it around. ps - the Jets do run cover 2 looks from time to time and they are still getting shredded.
