KRL
Thoughts - Good job by the team coming out sharp and with energy even withall the travel - What a difference having our "Triangle Offense" (Marshall, Decker &Ivory) back on the field. It allowed Kellen Davis to go back to beingan "assistant OT" and Devin Smith back to being a secondary target - I'll be shocked if there's not some kind of coaching change in MIAduring the bye. They look dead. Did Suh and Wake even play??? Younever heard their names Bad - Too many penalties, particularly the secondary. It seemed at timesthey got "comfortable" that MIA couldn't score and got sloppy withtheir technique - When we went up 27-7 I didn't like some of the play calls. I felt wewere passing way too much and Fitzpatrick wasn't sharp. We should'vepounded the ball with Ivory & Stacy and ate up clock - Another poor punt by Quigley that set up MIA in good field positionfor their final score - Our punt coverage was poor again. Landry hurt us and we missed too many tackles - How in the world did the refs miss that pass interference on Smith???Bowman shoved him to the ground - Smith has a ton of work to do during the bye week. It just seems heand Fitzpatrick are totally off when he runs routes - Fitzpatrick was shaky today. With the kind of support he got on the ground from Ivory he's got to be better than 16-29. And it seems he'sforcing balls to Smith and they are way off. In my opinion he's leavingthe door open for Geno Smith to get a shot at winning the job - Stacy is brutal returning kicks. He "plods" like Shon Greene when isOwusu coming back??? Good - What a great debut for Dion Bailey. When Pryor went out and MIA wasmaking their last push he came up with three huge plays. He blew uptwo WR screens for no gain and forced their TE out of the end zone ona pass - Great job by the OLine. How happy must they be having Ivory back. Winters deserves big credit for the job he did on Suh - Excellent 3rd & 4th down defense - What a beast Ivory is!!! - Marshall - Decker, his presence on the field doesn't allow the defense to doubleMarshall - Great job by the DLine, particularly Wilkerson & Williams. I can't waitto add Richardson to the group - Very good pressure/blitz schemes from the defensive staff. Skrine wasvery effective coming off the slot - Good to see Kerley continue to be effective returning punts - Williams INT and Revis INT. Both showed very good hands - Good bounce back game for the ILB's. Davis & Harris were good in bringingpressure and were decent in coverage

papz187
I love Marcus Williams.....the guy has great ball skills....on that pick he made a catch that usually only WRS or top DBS make! Sent from my SM-N915T using Tapatalk
papz187
Would also like to add I thought both Harris and Davis played well (when my daughter wasn't distracting me from the game, didn't see it in its entirety). CaliforniaJet
Landry is really good returning punts, I thought he was going to break one. He is good.
Nick Blitz
Being at the game I made an effort to watch Smith a lot, he's got great speed and quickness and actually runs decent enough routes but he looks like a rookie struggling out there, which is to be expected from missing TC with injury. One play in particular stands out where Smith is running a sort of deep slant, he gets open on his break but Instead of settling in the opening in the zone he carries on his route causing Fitz to throw behind him. He could learn a lot from Marshall who does an outstanding job of reading coverages and finding soft spots. I like him though, think with more familiarity with Fitz and more games under his belt he could come on strong the second half of the season.
