rangerous
http://nypost.com/2016/12/28/10633347/ it amazes me when these beat writers like costello, manish, cimini, all start fanning the flames to get the fans swaying one way and then chop it off and zag back to something else. in this case costello has been pretty vocal in his criticism of bowles but no hopes woody isn't going to listen to the fans when he makes his decision to retain him on monday. basically these writers are putting woody into a game he can't win. if he launches bowles they'll knock him for listening to the fans. if he keeps him, they'll go on pointing out how bowles did this or didn't do that. and the funny thing is these guys don't know anything about what's going on with the jets. they are seeing a bad team being fielded but anything about the locker room squabbles is mostly conjecture and third party. LWC611
I do not disagree with your assessment of Costello being very critical of Bowles, but at the end of the day the premise of the article is correct. It is Woody's decision and he should make it without listening to the fans or the media.
