Wasn’t just “young talent”, virtually EVERYONE on the unit he coached in AZ was All Pro. That’s why it’s so dangerous making one of these coordinators HC when they’re coming from a totally stacked squad. The same scenario happened with Bruce Coslet but on the offensive side of the ball, he had nothing but future Hall of Famers and All Pros on the Cincy Offense...you take much of that talent away from him...you get awful results.
