The Fat Man
Defecation is the act or process by which organisms eliminate solid or semisolid waste material from the digestive tract. Character is a structure consisting enduring motivational and other traits that are manifested in the characteristic ways that an individual reacts to various kinds of challenges. New to the NFL, Woody Johnson took a chance and paid 600 million dollars to buy the New York Jets. After Leon passed away, the Hess family wanted no part of this team. Bill Parcells and Bill Belechick along with Al Groh left this team a mess publicly and privately. The big issue was to surround himself with football people who had experience on running a NFL franchise. During this time, he was one of the few owners who took a chance and hired a minority coach and kept him on staff for an unheard of 5 seasons. Woody finally decided to take over reins of his team. He stood pat when Herman "Snake Plissken" Edwards worked the media for his "escape to KC". He put his foot down when Mike Heimerdinger-schmitz did the same thing. He quietly waited until the time was right to bring in a new head coach in Eric Mangini and once the coach was settled into his position, he relieved the franchise of a miserable Terry Bradway who will no longer have a say in April. All signs point ot Woody, having some experience under his belt, taking charge of his team. All the Jets critics can do is look at the glass as half full. Complain! Complain! Complain! We should be happy! Bradway is finally in a position to do what he does best....scout, and Edwards took his clock coach and went to KC. Heimerdinger's offense was a joke last year and Donnie Henderson turned from a fiery coach to a Herman clone! We have new blood and this should bring life into a lifeless franchise. The only thing left to do is get rid of aging players like Curtis Martin and trade away players that are not team players like John Abraham and Ty Law. Quit ****ting on the owner, he is doing the right thing!

Scott Dierking
If you are trying to paint Woody as some kind of cowboy now, my question would be why did he sit idly by so long then? Why did he allow his GM to become wishy-wasy as to what he wants to do in his football life, and retain him in the position? Things may work out, but this has been handled badly and that points directly to the top
4HCrew
Would love to know what owner would allow his gm to work from home? The only thing Woody is good at so far is raising ticket prices and hiding
Bugg
Gotta agree. The process might have been messy, but the end result figures to be much more positive than another year down the rathole known as the Edwards/Bradway Error.
