I think with Herm being the first Caucasian/African -American head coach in NFL History he will have a lot of defenders which is totally understandable. I am Ukranian and i guess I would defend a Ukranian coach for a year or two after its obvious he blows. having said that however, Herm inherited a 10-6 team from Vermeil. He got 9 wins. Eric inherited a 4-12 team. He got 10 wins. Eric wins. Vermiel went 8-8 in his 2nd year with KC and won AFC-W in 3rd year. So does Herm get fired if he doesnt improve on Vermeils 2nd year ?
