Kentucky Jet Posted July 3, 2007 Share Posted July 3, 2007 July 3rd, 2007 by Gary Grund After the season the Jets won Super Bowl III during the month of January in 1969, the reigning Super Bowl MVP quarterback of the Jets, Joe Namath, decided to open a popular Upper East Side bar and named it Bachelors III. Namath planned to open branches in the state of Florida and in the city of Boston. They certainly do...The Jets are one of those teams that if they're playing on MNF, its bound to be an interesting game. They certainly have had quite a history on MNF.
