1 Jimmy Rollins

4 Miguel Tejada(mostly for his bat)

5 Hanley Ramirez

6 David Eckstein

7 Troy Tulowitzki

8 Michael Young

9 Edgar Renteria

10 JJ Hardy

That just proves how drastically overrated Jose Reyes is. The fact that you put him two slots above Hanley Ramirez is laughable.

This would be my top 5. But personally, I think Reyes has the best combination of offense, defense, arm, speed, power, and age, of any of these.

Hanley has to get a lot better defensively to be #1 in my book.

So you put a rookie with one good season under his belt first and one coming off five stellar seasons in a row 9th? Great logic. Edgar Renteria over Derek Jeter? Are you people serious?

hanley has to prove he can be consistant before he is better than reyes in my book

LMAO. Reyes is ANYTHING but a consistent player. He's played for three years...one of them was good, one mediocre, one AWFUL. What's consistent about being a leadoff hitter and having a .330 career OBP. Hanley has been one of the Top 3 SSs in MLB each of the last two years.

yeah but if they were in the AL it would be a different story... they got it made hitting against NL pitching
