They pound it on the ground on offense, they shut down the rushing attack on defense, and blitz the hell outta teams, forcing qbs to make mistakes by throwing before receivers can finish routes. Also, as said on one of the ESPN talk shows today (PTI I believe), "the Jets frustrate you, because they talk like bullies, they play and act like bullies, but they think like nerds." you dont see them making the costly mental errors (false starts, dumb penalties, etc.) That usually go along with the type of attitude the Jets play with.
