Lizard King
The announcer made a good point. With the 11 minute mark or so in the 3rd quarter and losing by more than the team averages per game, we could've used a little change in pace, I'm sure we can all agree. Any thoughts on why they didn't go into it? Especially with all the time that the defense had to set up, flood the line and beat the crap out of Sanchez all game? bitonti
this is not an offense that can come from that far behind. Hurry-up or no hurry up.

Lizard King
I don't know...they've done some pretty good stuff in the hurry up....also in the 3rd qtr yesterday around 11 minutes they were down 3 scores and a field goal...while a hefty deficit I would've at least enjoyed the effort
Sperm Edwards
Hurry up lessens the time the defense has to take a breather, particularly if we still end up going 3 & out. It's not as though there is no downside.
Green DNA
With only one first down in the third quarter, what is there to lose? I was waiting for a 9 minute drive ending in a field goal. Turns out, that would have been an improvement over zip, nada
