P90X

Never have, but two of my best friends have and they love it and I can definitely attest to them being in better shape. I ran and swam all through college so I tend to stick to that, but I've done yoga here and there and at some point have done lot of what p90x and insanity incorporate into their program. So my feelings are if you stick to it and watch what you eat, you'll definitely notice a big change. Granted if you worked out for an hour a day in other various ways and watched what you ate, you'd notice a difference too. Ultimately, if it motivates you to workout the majority of the week consistently and eat better, it's definitely a plus! Keep at it!
