flgreen
September 2, 2013 5:14 PM Stephen Hill believes Santonio Holmes will play vs. Bucs BY Seth Walder Santonio Holmes looked good Monday, participating in practice and running routes, but the wide receiver has repeatedly said, “looks can be deceiving.” Despite that, it appears Holmes will be ready to play against Darrelle Revis and the Bucs, and Stephen Hill said he believes that to be the case. “I think so,” Hill told the News. “Yeah I mean, he was practicing today, so...” Rex Ryan would not speak to the possibility of Holmes playing in Week 1, saying he will address the injuries on Wednesday. flgreen
Now that the Doctors, trainers, Coaching staff, Colon, and Hill all believe that Holmes can start against the Bucs, it would be nice if some one could convince Holmes that he can start against the Bucs

gangreenman
Idzik has really gone Bellichick/Mangini style on the reporting of injuries it seems. The last four years the team has never been this close to the vest about injuries.
