It's really important! Young QBs are more worried about catching the snap than changing snap counts or looking off receivers. That's the part that takes years because it comes with a lot of experience. How many times have you seen Brady hurry everyone to the line on 3rd & short & QB sneak for a 1st down? And usually gets it easy or forces the defense to take a time TO. These nuances don't seem like much but they are the reason your kicking a 58 yard FG to tie. If you disected our 2 losses to the Pats last year (both by 3 points) it's ALWAYS the little things. False start, holding call in FG range, LOS on a dropped snap ect. QB can change the pace of a game using the clock. Young QBs get caught with no time left on the 30 second clock & a veteran defense POUNCES because they know the ball HAS TO GET SNAPPED! We're adding way more experience sending out Fitzy but if our Oline gives up some jailbreaks that Geno houdinied his way out of last year will be SACKS with Fitzy back there.
