Outside LB
Likely Number to Keep: 5
Locks (2): Jordan Jenkins, Lorenzo Mauldin
Likely Safe (1): Josh Martin
Fighting for 2 Spots: Corey Lemonier, Freddie Bishop, Frank Beltre, Dylan Donahue, Jareid Combs
Note: Lemonier vs Bishop vs Beltre will be very interesting.  Donahue might have a free pass for being a draft pick

Wide Receiver
Likely Number to Keep: 6
Locks (4): Quincy Enunwa, Robbie Anderson, Ardarius Stewart, Chad Hansen
Likely Safe (0): N/A
Fighting for 2 Spots: Eric Decker, Jalin Marshall, Charone Peake, Quinton Patton, Gabe Marks, Brisly Estime
Note: If Decker is not released Peake vs Patton might come down to the very last spot on the roster.  Marks could be a wildcard.  Suspension makes Marshall a longshot

Defensive Line
Likely Number to Keep: 6
Locks (3): Muhammad Wilkerson, Leonard Williams, Sheldon Richardson (Assuming no trade)
Likely Safe (1): Steve McLendon
Fighting for 2 Spots: Deon Simon, Anthony Johnson, Mike Pennel, Lawrence Thomas, Claude Pelon, Brandin Bryant, Patrick Gamble
Note: Deon Simon vs Mike Pennel for a roster spot at DT may be the #1 roster battle to watch

Offensive Line
Likely Number to Keep: 9
Locks (5): James Carpenter, Brian Winters, Kelvin Beachum, Wesley Johnson, Brandon Shell
Likely Safe (1): Ben Ijalana
Fighting for 3 Spots: Dakota Dozier, Brent Qvale, Jonotthan Harrison, Craig Watts, Jeff Adams, Donald Hawkins, Javarius Leamon, Alex Balducci
Note: Should be 2 good battles - 3 journeymen (Qvale vs Adams vs Hawkins) for the the last tackle spot and Dozier vs Watts vs Harrison vs Balducci for the backup C/G spot

Cornerback
Likely Number to Keep: 6
Locks (1): Morris Claiborne
Likely Safe (3): Buster Skrine, Marcus Williams, Justin Burris
Fighting for 2 Spots: Darryl Roberts, Jeremy Clark, Derrick Jones, Dexter McDougle, Bryson Keeton, John Ojo, Xavier Coleman
Note: Roberts vs Jones vs Ojo vs Keeton for the last spot will be fun to watch all preseason.  Assuming he's healthy, Clark will be hard to send to the Practice Squad

Dylan Donahue is the kind of guy who'll make the roster on special teams play alone.

WR will be the most interesting position to watch, IMO. How quickly Stewart and Hansen move up the depth chart will have a major influence on Decker's job security.
