Lol Eli has had the worst offensive line in the entire nfl in front of him 2 years in a row and still put up decent passing stats. If you think another wasted draft pick by Mac like Petty or Hack can do that God Bless In first 4 seasons: Eli: 987-1805, 55%, 11385 yds, 77 TDs, 64 INTs, 73.4 rating Bortles: 1250-2116, 59.1%, 85 TDs, 59 INTs, 80.8 rating The OL excuse is always the first people throw out there when a QB sucks. Our Ol isn't any better than NYG so why has McCown been so much better? No his Ol is not good but better QBs make their OLs look better. The fact is Geno outplayed Eli behind the same OL. In the last 4 weeks for the Giants(KC, Was, Oak, Dal) Eli started 3 games: Led O to 12 pts(9 in regulation) w/ 1 TD, 3 points and 10 pts w/ 1 TD. 2 total TDs in 3 games and an average of 8.3 PPG Geno started 1 game: Led O to 17 pts including 2 TDs. In one game Geno led offense to as many TDs as Eli in his last 3 full games. NYG PPG 2016(w/ the biggest playmaker in the game): 17.6 NYG PPG 2017 w/ Eli starting: 13.8 PPG NYG 2017 in 1 game w/ Geno: 17 points

I can remember how the fans and media wanted him gone, I can remember the fans and media wanting him gone prior to the 2011 SB run too. Just b/c they are acting like frauds now pretending Eli is an all time great doesn't mean I don't remember. Bortles and Eli have been very similar through 4 years, can Bortles step up and play clean in postseason like Eli did that year? Can the Jax D lead the way like they did in both Giants titles? we'll see but so far through 4 reg seasons the QBs are almost the same except Bortles has better #s w/ the same # of playoff wins at the same stage.
