Smizzy
How would you feel if the Jets drafted him with the 3rd pick in the 2nd rd?
ThunderbirdJet
I think he'd be a steal there, but I don't expect him or Gillies to get out of the first round. Unusual for a G and a C, but they seem very good.
dickkotite
if the jets had half a brain they would load up on good young ol men starting with dbrick
124
There's no doubt that he'd be there but I'd only want him if we release / trade Mawae. There's no reason to draft Mangold then if we're keeping Mawae when we can draft a guy like Gabe Watson (NT from Michigan). But if Mawae is released / traded then yeah I'd take either Mangold or Watson there...whichever the staff thought was better suited for the team. R1. D'Brickshaw R2. Mangold / Watson R3. bitonti
what would be great about mangold is he slides over to OG until Mawae wants to retire. He's very versatile.

Dunta_23
If the Texans are smart they wont let him fall to the 3rd pick of the 2nd round....alot of ppl on the Texans boards are really high on the guy....should be a great pro
Smizzy
I'm against any Ohio State "grad". Even though they have labled him the best Center prospect to hit the draft in 15 years?
The Troll
I do not give a **** where a guy goes to college. If he can help the Jets win, I want him, period.
CrazyCarl40
I would take him, if we had multiple firsts and multiple second round picks from trades. I think if we stay where we are at we have more pressing needs and a serviceable center could be found in the 4th round.
