Putting $10 on Rodgers for MVP ... to win $8,000

LOL there's no chance a RB on a team with Lamar Jackson ever wins MVP. If McCaffrey didn't get it last year ...

This. Henry would have to get 400+ carries for a record-setting 2200+ yards and a dozen TDs to win the MVP. Henry's great, but fat chance of him doing that anywhere, let alone in Baltimore. The one time he did eclipse 2000 yards he didn't even finish in the top 3 in MVP voting. Literally zero votes: https://www.pro-football-reference.com/awards/awards_2020.htm

Betting the other way - laying down $30,000 to win $1 - is a smarter play lol. Or it would be, if you couldn't make hundreds of times more than $1 just keeping the $30K in a totally normal savings account. So maybe it's not such a smart play.

Still, that $1 would be far better spent on a pack of gum...that is, if you could still buy a pack of gum for a dollar.

Kind of sad that a RB (and probably a WR also) would need to produce the best season of all time at their position to get more MVP votes than Brock Purdy.
