Not too many people know this but Paul Hackett is one of Jon Gruden's mentors. Gruden as a young assistant actually worked under him in college. Hackett is now The Bucs QB coach. An area he has always been good at coaching. Funny that when Herman Edwards was shipped to KC, He never even entertained interviewing Paul Hackett for The KC offensive coordinator job. Hackett is more hated in KC than he is with The Jets and it takes alot to get Chiefs fans to hate you. You need to either wear a Raiders or Broncos uniform to accomplish that.
