NIGHT STALKER
The four-way battle for the New York Jets vacancy at quarterback reignited Friday in Hempstead. You can place the four passers - Brooks Bollinger, Kellen Clemens, Chad Pennington, and Patrick Ramsey - in any particular order at the moment because they all have a shot at the job. faba
There will be no politics involved in this decision. Whoever gives the Jets the best opportunity to win will lead the Green & White in the fall. That comment sums it all up-the name of the game is put the best player out there regardless of experience or name.
rajensen088
Having 4 QB's with none of them getting enough practice time with the first string means you have no QB.

"The grand prize is the starting quarterback position for the New York Jets." Most game shows have three contestants. Most quarterback competitions have two. This battle royale has four equal competitors, almost unheard of in the modern NFL. Try to think of the last time an NFL team had four quarterbacks competing for the starting job in training camp. Can't think of one. The new coach will be closely monitoring every move his potential starting QBs make. (AP)And there is nothing the football media likes better than a quarterback controversy, especially one times four. The tabloid editors are foaming at the mouth.
