SoFlaJets
Some of us would have been happy to just make the playoffs this year. Some of us would have been happy with just missing them. Some still would have been happy to see what we might have in Kellen Clemens had the season gone into the tank. All of that is out the window now.Everything is on the line now. Now,we play New England. Kansas City under Herm pulled a typical Herm move by going in sideways and now the Chiefs go to Indy who have the worst rushing defense in the conference about to get bowled over by Larry Johnson. The Chiefs will beat the Colts-that will suck. The stakes have just been raised Jets fans.If we lose to the Pats and KC wins we're all going to be sitting here for another year eating it from the Patriots fans-because you-know-who will be back gleefully rubbing it in our faces if we don't. We need Mangini to pull off a miracle-again,Sunday starting at 1:00 PM.Come on Eric keep this season going-my motto; Why NOT us?

No way. The Chiefs red zone offense is a joke. Larry will get his buck fifty, but the Chiefs are gonna score FG's. Time of possession will also be in the Chiefs favor, but thats ok, the Colts will score 3 TD's in 5 minutes. Watch. Herm's an idiot, you are not going to keep the score close and expect to beat the Colts. Remember his ol' "keep the score close for a chance to win in the end" mentality. Every single typical Hermesque event has taken place this year: The disastrous home opener The starting QB out due to injury Replacing the backup who's having a good season The mid season skid the rebound at the end Back dooring by the skin of your teeth into the playoffs(waiting for OT of another game to decide your fate) Getting his RB a record And now the one and done exit from the playoffs. I don't know why I do-but I hope you're right JM....what IS it about coaches of ours that leave and we end up hating them for it? Even though in this case he actually did us a favor... POTW Nomination. I feel sorry for KC fans. The fact that they reached the playoffs just extends the amount of time they will need to deal with Herm's BS.
