OK, so what if it was only as an alternate, but does that mean he's a great football player? What a crock of sh*t. Guess who else made the pro bowl: Trent Dilfer Brian Griese David Sloan Tremain Mack Elvis Grbac Kordell Stewart Byron Chamberlain Sammy Knight Michael Bennett Marty Booker Ike Reese Chris Chambers Philip Rivers not even counting players I missed or players who made it based on reputation even though they were mediocre or worse that year. People should look at Vilma right now & realize what he is. A LB the size of a safety who gets pushed around like a bitch. He makes a play once in a while? Well so does Andre Dyson. So does Dwayne Robertson. So do about 500 other mediocre NFL players, some of whom also made the pro bowl (not even as an alternate) in the past.
