JetsMan57
Willie Randolph is a great guy, but as a manager he is just way too "kind" to put it politely. How you dont raise hell after you got bent over and robbed of a 3 run homer is beyond me. You gotta get ejected and throw 3 bats on the field. That was a horrible call and an even worst non-reaction by Willie. He should be ashasmed that his bench coach had to get tossed.

Zeebers
It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to have instant replay on disputed HR calls, similar to the NBA with the instant replay on last second shots. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it sucks.

Bob
Yep. Mets got screwed on that call. Looks like it won't matter, though. Yanks can't get out of their own way, these days.

IMHO Willie's "kind" nature was the reason for the Mets flopping the last 17 games of the season last year. CHRIST! Show some freakin emotion already ! Can you see Piniella reacting that way ? yisman
that was ridiculous. Game should've been 13-2.

faba
Stupid question -can can other umpires overrule the guy that had the best view right down the line- makes the umps look silly.
