I'm sure SecDef Robert Gates, who is trying to fight a 2 front war with a taxed out Army & Marine Corps, an Air Force that isn't getting the funding it needs and a Navy that if it gets any smaller, will be driving canoes. is sitting around his office saying, "How can we f-ck with Caleb Campbell?".
