You guys that want brett Favre gone are f-ing crazy

We have an unknown in Brett Ratliff, and KC is a bust

Brett Favre is a top 10 QB in this league...if you think Ratty is better, you're sadly mistaken...sort of like Eagles fans asking that McNabb go away

Favre was hurt at the end of the season

You just can't be logical to some people. ](*,)](*,)](*,)

Guarantee if Favre does retire & Ratliff starts & he is horrible, 80% of the people on this board will be wishing Favre was still a Jet.

Right On!!! And, if he comes back and does well, those that are hating him now, will love him!

Jets fans have every right to be hateful, if not at least HIGHLY skeptical, of Bret "Wrangler Jeans" Favre. Yes, he played injured, but his tough-guy "I can play hurt" BS cost the team BIG and Mangini his job. Weathered Jets fans, no matter how great of a high the end of November '08 was, weren't surprised to see a classic "same ol' Jets" December collapse.

On any given Sunday, I would agree that Favre is the best option we have considering out current depth at QB. Yet, any self-respecting Jets fan can NOT forgive him completely and just give him the starting spot in '09. NO WAY. His cheesy reflective post-game ramblings and call-outs by various people of team detachment is off-putting. He has to EARN whatever he gets in '09 and may the best QB play. Sadly, Woody has a different agenda.
