Leon Hall Third-year cornerback Leon Hall was stopped Sunday at 3:11 a.m. on Mount Carmel-Tobasco Road in Union Township. The Ohio State Patrol said Hall's blood-alcohol level was .149, nearly twice the legal limit. Hall was charged with driving under the influence and driving left of center. "You would think they would get someone to drive them with the cash they got. Why not?" witness Brian Rogers said. The arresting officer said Hall was polite and cooperative during the arrest. Scott Finns was working the night shift at a gas station nearby and said he saw what was going on, not knowing who was involved. "There were several cops over there -- quite a big deal in a little town," Finn said. Neither the team nor Hall have commented about the issue, but fans are already chiming in. "It's unbelievable how people can keep getting in trouble there -- it really, it blows my mind," Brett Mentzel said. Hall was scheduled to appear Friday in court in Clermont County.
