CrazyCarl40
I hope Joba and Phil battle it out for the top spot for the next 10 years, I just think Joba's got flameout written all over him. Phil is the ****ing man. No question. We should all name our next three children after Philip Hughes. He is THAT good. Hughes has been a boost to the Yanks bullpen and has pitched really well. Hughes the starter? Pretty awful.

Wasn't much worse than Joba was for most of the season. In fact, he was more consistent by a mile. I only remember one truly bad start from Hughes this year. Jetlag
I love me some Phil Hughes so I will fight anyone to the death who thinks this guy ain't got the goods. He's gonna be the cornerstone of this rotation for the next decade. BOOK IT! This we can definitely agree on! I was going to fight Brian Cashman if he gave up Hughes or even Joba for Halladay. Those 2 are going to give us at least 10 years of dominance (maybe 15 for one of them?) where Halladay has like 4-5 years left of being the ace.
