Also, given that we run the football so damn much, how about not telegraphing pass plays by putting the poor kid back there in an empty shotgun?

Know what? I don't care for that either, particularly with a statistically very solid ground game that the defense will always have to pay attention to with a RB in the backfield.

But you're WAYYY overstating it as though it's our base passing set or anywhere close to it. He's struggled no matter what look we give the defense, so this is hardly an "Aha!!" point.

Seriously, how often have we run that in Sanchez's 350-ish passing dropbacks?
