CoachTsurfing
that's good, now some other team will draft a work warrior. another player that we could use will drop a little.

Thank God the Titans reached on Chris Johnson so Kevin Smith could be had in the 3rd. Just saying it works both ways.

Also, Johnny Knox was picked in the 5th round, primarily based on his performance at the combine. He was also the Bears most consistent and well rounded WR this year. CoachTsurfing
true, but i'd like us to select a player that has played well against top college teams as well that puts up good numbers in the combine.

I agree. I wasn't trying to state a case for the Jets to nessesarily draft him btw, just that he will now be flying up draft boards in general. There are other players I like more. But he is on fire right now and he looks like the perfect slot WR. Although he wouldn't be my first choice can't say I would hate the pick after the show he's putting on. But I agree, let somebody else take the risk. 4.26 is blazing though.
Matt39
Gerhart ran a 4.
HessStation
Gerhart ran a 4.53 Greene + Gerhart=Lethal combination. Defenses would take a pounding and be scared and tired by the 4th Qt. Add in a healthy Leon and watch out!!!
CoachTsurfing
well, i'd like gerhart also, and if we don't bring tj and it's looking that way. where is be projected to go??? i don't want him in the second and we don't have a third. I know. All points show this may be a good year to trade down...However there will still most likely be some gems there at 29 so who knows. CoachTsurfing
if a stud falls to us at 29 we will take him. if the person we want isn't there then trade down. i'd love to get a third round pick back.
