Teenagers are supposed to get 7-8 hours a night. During the school year I get 5 on a good night. The rest of the time is spent doing schoolwork and studying. Trust me, that drains you. On the occasional (very occasional!) light day, I'll get home and sleep until tomorrow morning. And that's not even factoring in my insomnia...
