vanDoug
Into Windsor, Ontario, Canada. The legal drinking age is 19. Strip clubs offer nude performances. Cuban cigars, illegal in the USA because of a trade embargo, are a bargain. The Windsor Casino beckons gamblers. Escort services are legal. A front-page story in The Detroit News on Jan. 1 reported that "the testosterone-charged throngs" at the Super Bowl could turn Windsor into Sin City North. "There are things you can get in Windsor that you cannot legally get in Metro Detroit," it said. "Cuban cigars. All-nude strip clubs. Sex for money." The Windsor Star responded in a Jan. 4 editorial urging the city to take advantage of its notoriety. "What happens in Windsor should stay in Windsor," it said. "That includes the disposable income spent in strip clubs and massage parlours that trickles out to other businesses and provides a welcome boost to the city's overall economy." The Gun Of Bavaria
They won't be having much fun when it takes 2 hrs to get over the bridge or through the tunnel back into the USA. That border crossing is crazy busy. The other funny part will be the Americans who cross into Canada with ease, only to realize they won't be let into the US w/o a Birth Certificate or Passport. dickkotite
i can attest to windsor yachts of ontario as being a producer of solid, overbuilt world class cruisers. one day im going to own a whitby 30. I almost bought a whitby folkboat, and i know where she still is but to ship her from LI to FL would be cost prohibitive
NJ
What about Big Al's in Peoria? Paled in comparison. Unless, of course, you prefer the more earthy type of Ballerina. Then Big Al's is da place.
