Find a QB, then find an offensive master mind. Also some schemes, and QB's just work, others don't! If S Payton doesn't get D Brees in NO who knows maybe he is fired in 2 years, and being called a loser. Outside of a select few the stars need to align just right for a QB, and an offensive scheme to become what Payton, and Brees have. Then you have a guy like Peyton Manning who became his own offensive coordinator like they did back in the old days when guys like Johnny U called his own plays in the huddle.
