Bengals coaches made the adjustment, Jets coaches didn't

After the 1st quarter the Bengals abandoned their game plan, realizing Dalton had no time to throw, and decided to throw short passes and quick screens.  The Jets are a poor tackling secondary (especially Marcus Williams and Skrine) so they decided to take advantage of that.

The Jets coaches had no answer for the Bengals quick screens and short passes.  That's what this game came down to.

Jets coaches better get used to this because every team is going to do this.  Nobody is doing anything against the Jets D line so they won't even bother playing traditional 5-7 step drops.

That's why I want to see younger guys like Burris play more. If you have good blocking WRs, then its hard to adjust to that playcall
