nj meadowlands
The same ESPN article that reported the acceptance of the HC job by Eric Mangini has also speculated that ALL THREE COORDINATORS, Heimer, Hendu, and Westhoff, will depart with the signing. Now, as much as I am in FULL SUPPORT of giving Mangini the reigns to bring in his own guys, I'm not sure I want to lose ALL of these guys, ESPECIALLY Westhoff. I think I'd like Mangini to talk to Heimerdinger about his philosophy and see if they could work together. Henderson is as good as gone, because of his HC possibilities and because Mangini, as a defensive guy, will want his own crew in there. But I def. don't wanna lose Westhoff.. Green DNA
They are Herm hires and that is a negative. Mangini is not going to want any split loyalties and will assemble his own staff. I'd like to see Dinger and Westhoff stay however.
The Gun Of Bavaria
Given the performance of the ST in recent years losing Westhoff won't be as bad as advertised. Hendu is gone for sure. I'd like to keep Dinger both because of his style and continuity in running the offense. You have to wonder what Mangini's offensive philosophy will be? An offense like New England which if that's the case Penny isn't the guy for the job.

RSJ
Considering Mangini did not allow the Dinger's offense a first down in the entire first half of the Jets home game this year and considering Dinger's comments supporting Herm I can't see him coming back.
