jetscrazey Posted October 2, 2020 Share Posted October 2, 2020 It starts with: 1) A head coach who can put in the right culture 2) A front office that can draft. 3) A QB You get those 3 you got the Steelers, Patriots, Saints, Seahawks, Packers, 49ers now. Cultures where a wild card berth is a disappointment.
