JoeNamathsFurCoat
2 first rounders was nothing to give up for a top-5 QB in his prime. We are basically talking Will McD and whoever ends up being the 32nd pick in the ‘24 draft because this is a legit Super Bowl team with an elite QB like Lamar. Joe Douglas wants to die with Zach Wilson and it’s going to cost Saleh his head coaching career as well. Ravens look tremendous right now and have as good a chance as anyone in the AFC or getting to the Super Bowl and winning it. 1

The amount of people disrespecting him and calling him a RB around here was comical. And funny most those same people were super optimistic about Trash Wilson 😂
JoeNamathsFurCoat
Joe Douglas actually said no thanks to this. As a result, the punishment inflicted on the fans is we have to watch Zach Wilson flail around the football field like a wounded animal in its death throes.

Gio-Jets
Not that it’s much of a hot take but I always wanted Lamar since the draft so I would have paid the 2 firsts all day long. But let’s be real……If we would have traded for him he’d of torn his ACL against the Bills and we’d still be where we are now. Just can’t have nice things. There was a point beyond which DeCosta and Ravens’ ownership would have cut bait. It would have come down to guaranteed money.
JETS SB
Another dumb thread. We never had a chance to get him. NEVER. Stop with this crap. 1

It was always posturing between the two sides.

slimjasi
As I said during the offseason, I would have traded for Lamar in a nanosecond - terrific player and a criminally underrated passer. BUT, I don't think the Ravens were ever trading him.

Almost as big of a get would have been Todd Monken rather than Rodgers clown buddy HAckett.

Pretending to shop Lamar for picks is negotiating
