QB Coach Rob Calabrese to Rams?

Jake Ellenbogen of Downtown Rams is reporting that Jets quarterbacks coach Rob Calabrese is expected to leave the Jets to join the Los Angeles Rams coaching staff. The specifics of Calabrese's new role are unknown, but the Rams do not currently have a pass game coordinator under contract.

Calabrese hasn't garnered the best reputation during his time with the Jets. The Long Island native was entrusted with overseeing the development of Zach Wilson despite his overall lack of experience. The results speak for themselves.

So its NOT for the same role, and my take is that he did a sh*tty job as the results have shown so good bye and don't let the door hit you......

So...again...he's getting let go here and then will immediately find work as the passing game coordinator with a better program.

Doesn't sound like much of a downgrade to me!

So it’s Downing Hackett and Rodgers. Gooood

Nate Hackett

Todd Downing

Keith Carter

That is the offensive staff that is currently here - what a disgusting display of organizational ineptitude.  This has nothing to do with Calabrese in particular either - its virtually impossible to judge him given the mess this team is but how can anyone put together such a horrible staff.

The entire NFL understands that Zach Wilson was an anchor for every offensive coach he's been attached to.

That's why quality orgs keep poaching them against all logic or reason.

How long did it take MLF to get a quality gig despite his supposed awful job "developing" Zach?  27 minutes?

I thought it was like 31.3 minutes but WTF do I know
