Some early week one lines:

STEELERS -6 Dolphins

TITANS -3 Jets

CHIEFS -3.5 Bengals

PATS -8 Bills

Colts -3.5 GIANTS

------------------

Interesting Prop Bet:

T. Owens is fined or suspended during season.

Yes 1-4

No 5-2

that basically means on a nuetral field its a push and we would be favored by 2 or 3 at home,, interesting respect for Jets early on

Or we are playing one of the three teams that had a WORSE season than us, based on strength of schedule), and if they don't have Mcnair then they are going to have who at QB, Volek?, Young?, they aren't good, but the Jets aren't either.

Neither team has proven themselves to be any better, so because of that, the split is solely on the fact that the Titans have homefield...don't look into this any more than it should be.

We are bad, but the Titans are just as bad.

Right, but the line always starts out where they think they'll get even amt of bets from both sides. The winners & losers cancel out & they keep the vig. Unless the bookie himeslf is gambling on the game, which is the only way for them to lose.

They must be getting a lot more action on "Yes". They spread the lines out to make "No" more attractive to get back to that even level you spoke about.

The team the Jets are playing is one of the few that drafted ahead of them. And they are changing QBs.

The Jets are one of a few teams that could manage to be underdogs in that game. It would be sweet to start the season with a W though. The fans would go nuts. 12 and 4. We are going 12 and 4, lol.
