They are already starting the 'Wheres the XsOs?', 'why is he slowing our ofense down to a crawl?' and the best one is that some of these guys know Gunther Cunningham and apparently he is not impressd with Herm's lack of brainpower and is VERY depressed to be 2nd bannana to this neanderthal.
