Congrats to Trusnik. Over 650 rookie free agents signed last spring and only a small percentage of had made it..

Here's the list*

*Most spend the weekend's on inactive list's, but with the rookie minimim being $265,000 per season (16 games), I doubt they are complaining....plus, at least, they've got their foot in the door.

While I'm sure that the step up in pay isnt the primary source of Trusnik's happiness, that game check is gonna look huge compared to that puny check he's been getting as a member of the practice squad. I think those guys get about 90K.

I think it's $79K for the practice squad v. $285K NFL minimum. 'cane really liked Trusnick in his camp reports. I hope we get to see him in action. I wonder if either he or Murrell will see time. Not too likely since I'm pretty sure Tutt was inactive for most games.

I liked him because he had a motor, same as Devito showed in tc.

Can he do any worse than the OLBs already playing? Get him in there and let's see how he does under fire. He's going to make rookie mistakes. Might as well make them while we're in the midst of a 1-9 season.
