A Penningtologist is one who believes without a shadow of a doubt that Chad will come down and lead them to the promised land. Whereas most people simply want him to lead the team to a Super Bowl, the most ardent Penningtologists believe that He will come down in a spaceship and take them away. See the Heaven's Gate cult for an example. Like all religions, Penningtologists are firm believers in evil forces.
