Lil Bit Special Posted March 4, 2009 Share Posted March 4, 2009 Just got back from the game and then a side trip to the Hard Rock Casino. Disappointed in the size of the crowd today. Far from a sellout. Sure the Yankee lineup was full of nobodies, but the USA had star players playing all game. Gardner looked real good today. So did Hughes and Coke. Jeter showed real good range at SS. Wright looked like David Wright (bad throw, bad AB's) Cash was terrible behind the plate... Yankees had 3 wp's. Bats were being broken all over the place... lost track after 10. In 3 previous ST games Ive seen this week, I saw maybe one a game. Yankee backups didnt impress at all.
