GMJohnson
Ok so you resign Revis, Brick, Mangold and Harris. Where does that leave Cromartie, Holmes, and Edwards? Im thinking their going to want big contracts also.
Bleedin Green
Ok so you resign Revis, Brick, Mangold and Harris. Where does that leave Cromartie, Holmes, and Edwards? Im thinking their going to want big contracts also. Holmes and Edwards are clearly playing for one roster spot between the two of them. It'll be a year long battle, and the Jets will take advantage of having both of them and Cotchery all together this year, but it's not realistic to expect them all to stay around. When they year is over they'll pick one to try to retain and the other try to tag and trade. As far as Cromartie goes, his future depends on (1) his play, (2) his demands and (3) Wilson's play. Unless he plays great, his contract demands are reasonable AND Wilson is a disappointment, there's no guarantee he's here for more than a year.
